Modena, October 9, 2023 – The twenty-second edition of the Modena Cento Ore is approaching, an event that captures the attention of automobile enthusiasts from all over the world. The event will take place from October 9 to October 14, 2023 and will see the participation of 100 teams from various nations.
The event will kick off on Monday, October 9, with accreditation procedures and pre-race checks. From the following day, the teams will embark on an exciting adventure to explore the Italian landscapes, with a route that will go from Porto Ercole, cross through Florence, and conclude in Modena.
The Modena Cento Ore is an event that combines the artistic and scenic beauty of the locations with the adrenaline of automobile competition. During the journey, participants will face special trials on the winding roads of the Apennines and compete on the legendary circuits of Vallelunga, Umbria, Mugello, and finally, at the Modena racetrack, the gems of Italian motorsport.
For this edition as well, the collaboration with Be Traced will continue. Be Traced will provide its technologies to the organization. During the checks, GPS devices will be installed on each vehicle, allowing real-time monitoring of all participants through a telematic platform provided by the Race Direction.
This will allow for real-time tracking of the position, direction, and speed of each team, improving the logistics of the event and ensuring the highest level of safety. In case of emergency, a dedicated button on the devices will enable the automatic sending of a rescue request to the platform, ensuring an immediate response from the event staff.
Furthermore, enthusiasts will have the opportunity to follow the teams in real-time on the track through the public version of the Be Traced platform. Starting from October 10, a dedicated link for the event will be available on any device: https://live.betraced.it/.
