The fifth edition of the Rally dei Monti Savonesi will be equipped with the Be Traced technological solution.
Brescia, November 4, 2023 - Be Traced will provide its technological solution for the fifth edition of the Rally dei Monti Savonesi. The event organized by Sportinfinity consists of two competitions: the historic rally and regularity. The event will kick off on November 4 and 5 in Albenga, in the province of Savona.
The event will start with pre-race sports and technical checks taking place on Saturday. The first stage will start at 4 PM, marking the beginning of an adventure through breathtaking landscapes and picturesque hills. Every turn and straight will be a challenge and an opportunity to demonstrate skills and precision for the participants, who will be put to the test in the two evening average speed trials of the first day of race.
The following day, after departing from Albenga, another 6 average speed trials await the crews. The drivers will pass through Castelvecchio di Rocca Barbena, Calizzano, and other symbolic locations in the Ligurian hills. The arrival is expected around 4 PM in Albenga on Sunday.
The race is not a challenge just for the drivers, but also for the organizers. Safety is of utmost importance, and this year, Be Traced will assist the event with its technological solution. Thanks to the advanced technology implemented, each vehicle will be equipped with devices that not only track the position and speed but also provide the ability to report an emergency situation through the SOS buttons on the devices. Furthermore, thanks to the Be Traced solution, it will be possible to track competitors’ timing during the average speed trials. All data will then be processed by Ficr, the Italian Federation of Timekeepers, our strategic partner, which will ultimately compile the final rankings.
