Targa Florio Classica: for the fourth year in a row, Be Traced technology joins the world’s oldest motorsport event

Brescia, October 13, 2025 – It’s Targa Florio Classica week: the historic revival of the world’s oldest speed race is ready to hit the roads again for a brand-new, unmissable edition.

The Program

As tradition goes, the event will take place along the scenic autumn roads of Sicily, from October 16 to 19. After the Gran Premio Nuvolari, Targa Florio Classica represents the final round of the Campionato Italiano Grandi Eventi—the official championship for classic car enthusiasts who live for precision, heritage, and pure driving passion.

This year’s edition features two main legs: the first, starting Friday and heading toward Trapani, stretches 292 km and includes five average-speed tests. The second leg, on Saturday, covers 303 km through the legendary Madonie mountains—the very heart of Targa Florio’s history.

In total, over 180 entrants will compete across twelve average-speed trials, on a route of just under 600 km. It’s a tribute not only to motorsport history but also to the Sicilian land that has hosted this legendary event for over a century.

The 109th edition will further strengthen its bond with Sicily: for the first time ever, the unique class of historic and modern Ferrari Gran Turismo cars will drive through the breathtaking Archaeological Park of Selinunte, creating a spectacular encounter between racing heritage and ancient history.

A true meeting of eras—the legacy of Magna Graecia blending with the soul of motorsport, along the very same roads that shaped this discipline and its pioneers, including the great Tazio Nuvolari.
