After the success of the last edition, the collaboration between Be Traced and the Fuoristrada Club 4x4 Pordenone is confirmed this year too
Pordenone, March 9th 2023 – It is just a few days away the 13th Italian Baja of Spring, which will open the 2023 Italian Cross Country and SSV Championship.
As scheduled, on Friday there will be the first appointment for the pilots at the Pordenone Interport, site of the headquarters and location of the departure and arrival ceremonies. Checks and set-up of the cars will take place from 9 am, on Saturday the start will be at 8 am along a selective sector of about 28 km that has to be repeated 4 times in the countryside of Fontanafredda, Polcenigo, Budoia and Aviano and at 5 pm there will be the awards.
This year too, the organization and the pilots will be supported by the technologies supplied and developed by Be Traced, the GPS devices and the telematic platform, to ensure effective coordination of the event in terms of logistics and safety.
During Friday, the gps devices will be installed on crews and staff cars. The devices are equipped with an SOS button, which will allow real-time tracking of position, direction and speed of each vehicle along the route and the instantaneous sending of requests assistance in case of unforeseen events. The dedicated interface created for the Race Direction will be the tool able to real-time verify this information, view the tracks covered by the single crew and intervene promptly in case of need.
