The month of April kicks off with a weekend full of motorsport events for Be Traced solutions: from April 4 to 6, we will be supporting the Rally della Marca, the 49th Trofeo Maremma, the Rally Valle del Sosio, and the 30th Rally Città di Casarano.
The 41st Rally della Marca will start on April 4, marking the opening round of both the Coppa Rally di Zona 5 and the italian rally trophy, alongside the 3rd edition of the Rally della Marca Storico. The event will start and finish in Montebelluna (TV), in the prestigious Giuseppe Verdi Square, while the regrouping area and service park will be located in Valdobbiadene.
The rally features 90 km of special stages for both modern and historic cars. The first stage will take place at the former missile base in Peseggia, hosting the highly technical "Base" stage (2.55 km). Next is the historic and longest stage of the event, "Monte Cesen" (21.53 km), followed by the "Monte Tomba" and "Mostaccin" stages.
At the same time, on April 5 and 6, the 49th Trofeo Maremma will take place—a historic event and the second round of CRZ 7 (following the Ciocco Rally, which proved challenging even for top competitors this year). MaremmaCorse 2.0 has revised some aspects of the event, extending the competition to two days and modifying the special stages.
The seaside start is set in Follonica, and the event will feature eight special stages covering 72 km out of a total 380 km route. The race will include both modern and historic vehicles, concluding on Sunday afternoon with the checkered flag again in Follonica, along the seafront.
The third event supported by Be Traced on April 5 and 6 will be the 18th edition of the Rally Valle del Sosio, the first round of the Coppa Rally di Zona 9. Alongside its 9th edition for historic cars, the rally will take place on the roads near the Sosio River and the city of Chiusa Sclafani, framed by the beautiful Sicilian spring landscape. The format remains unchanged from the previous edition: Saturday will be dedicated to technical checks and the shakedown on the final section of the "Sant’Anna" stage, while the actual race will take place on Sunday. Competitors will tackle three special stages repeated three times, totaling 63 km of timed sections.
Finally, but no less important, Be Traced will also provide its tracking solutions for the 30th edition of the Rally Città di Casarano, which marks the start of the rally season in Puglia. This year brings new elements to the competition: the start and finish will be in Casarano, set against the backdrop of Piazza San Giuseppe.
Additionally, for the first time, a night stage will be introduced—the 7.20 km "Specchia" stage. This will be followed by the return of the beloved "Palombara" stage, the longest of the event at 11 km, and the "Miggiano" stage, which has been shortened compared to previous editions, covering 8.60 km. With repeated runs of the stages, the total distance of timed sections will reach 62.20 km out of the event’s overall 307.40 km.
Once again this weekend, Be Traced will collaborate with organizers and race officials to provide precise data and tracking, monitoring each competitor down to a tenth of a second during the special stages. As always, Be Traced solutions are integrated with the incident alert system, emergency assistance requests, and red flag notifications, significantly enhancing safety at the events we support.
Adding up all the timed sections, our devices will monitor competitors to the tenth of a second over 288 km of special stages, covering a total distance exceeding 1,300 km.
Enjoy the race!
