Brescia, February 26, 2025 – Another Busy Weekend for Be Traced Solutions: From Tuscany to Varese supporting the Historic rally "Vallate Aretine" and the "Rally dei Laghi".
Starting February 28, Be Traced will once again support Scuderia Etruria SCRL at the 15th Historic Rally Vallate Aretine, the second rally organized in the province of Arezzo this season following the Rally Valle del Tevere. Be Traced devices will monitor competitors in real-time with tenth-of-a-second accuracy throughout approximately 108 km of special stages.
The event will kick off at 2:50 PM on Friday, February 28, with two runs on the Rosina special stage (7.48 km). However, the highlight of the rally will take place on Saturday, March 1, with six more special stages: Portole (16.55 km) and Rassinata (14.55 km), each repeated three times. The final arrival is scheduled for 5:50 PM in Corso Roma, in the heart of Arezzo.
As the opening round of the 2025 CIRAS (Italian Historic Rally Championship), the Historic Rally Vallate Aretine will be fully supported by Be Traced's IoT monitoring solutions, ensuring precise tracking and enhanced competitor safety through its well-established SOS request interfaces.
The second rally event of the week takes us to Varese for the 33rd Rally dei Laghi, the first round of the 2025 CRZ (Regional Rally Cup). This edition brings an exciting mix of heritage and innovation, featuring special stages that haven't been used in thirty years.
The competition kicks off on Saturday, March 1, with the Forcora stage (7 km), last seen in rally chronicles in 1997, during the era of the legendary Lancia vs. Toyota rivalry. The second timed stage of the day will be the classic Montegrino-Cugliate route on Monte Sette Termini.
However, the most thrilling moments are expected on Sunday, with a mix of past favorites and a brand-new special stage. Following the Valganna stage—featured in the 2024 edition—crews will tackle a 15 km inédit stage, starting from Grantola valley, climbing through Bosco Valtravaglia and Sette Termini, and then descending towards Cugliate.
With a blend of nostalgic returns and exciting new challenges, Be Traced’s tracking solutions will accompany competitors throughout the 63 km of special stages, providing Race Direction with a powerful real-time monitoring system, ensuring exceptional accuracy down to a tenth of a second.
