Brescia, 10 September 2026 – Five events, one busy weekend for Be Traced: from rallying to classic regularity at the 1000 Miglia Warm Up Austria, alongside Average Speed Regularity and a new non-competitive event for motorsport enthusiasts.
1000 Miglia Warm Up Austria
The Most Beautiful Race in the World heads across the border into Austria for the first “warm-up” event ahead of the 2027 edition, which will also mark the centenary of the race.
The engines fire up today in the spa town of Bad Gastein, where the event begins with scrutineering, training and the Bad Gastein Trophy. The actual route gets underway tomorrow, taking crews through Mallnitz and Weissensee in Carinthia before climbing the Grossglockner, the highest mountain in Austria. The day will then conclude with an overnight stop in the picturesque town of Mittersill.
Saturday, the third and final day of the event, will see the 41 competing crews first head to Kitzbühel and then continue along the shores of Lake Traunsee before reaching Salzburg, completing a 605-km route.
Once again, Be Traced joins the Freccia Rossa for real-time monitoring of the competitors, using advanced tracking solutions and dedicated emergency features. For fans, the Public Platform is already live, offering a free way to follow the crews on a real-time map via a dedicated, shareable link: https://live.betraced.it
Be Traced at Three Rally Events
Almost simultaneously with the 1000 Miglia Warm Up Austria, more than 300 Be Traced devices will be deployed across three major rally events: Rally Città di Schio, Rally Alto Appennino Bolognese and Rally La Grande Corsa, which will also feature an Average Speed Regularity event.
The first to get underway will be Rally Città di Schio. The 132 expected crews, competing in historic and modern cars, will tackle eight Special Stages for a total of 69 competitive kilometres. The rally starts tomorrow with the first four stages: two passes each on “Pedescala” and “Tresché Coca”. Saturday will follow the same format, with two passes each on “Monte di Malo” and “Santa Caterina”.
At Rally Alto Appennino Bolognese, 83 crews are entered and will take to the start on Saturday in modern, historic and classic cars. Saturday’s schedule is dedicated to SS1 “Castiglione dei Pepoli”, with the first car starting at 18:29. Sunday gets underway early with the remaining nine stages: three passes each on “Valserina”, “Sparvo” and “Trasserra”, bringing the event to a total of 63 competitive kilometres. The rally will also serve as the final round of the Coppa Rally di 6ª Zona.
Rally La Grande Corsa will take place simultaneously with Rally Alto Appennino Bolognese and features 72 crews entered for the rally, plus 18 participants in the Regularity event. The two disciplines share the same route, covering 71 kilometres divided into seven Special Stages. Here too, Saturday is reserved for SS1 “Albugnano”, while Sunday features the remaining six stages, beginning with “Moncucco”, “Moransengo” and “Robella”, which will be run in a different order on the second pass.
Not just Motorsport
As always, Be Traced solutions specifically developed for rallying and regularity will travel through the Special Stages alongside the crews, ensuring safety and continuous monitoring while also improving operational efficiency for Race Control.
Last but not least, this weekend Be Traced will also be working with ACI Verona for “La Rossa incontra Il Rosso”, an event dedicated to Ferrari enthusiasts and owners. Participants will enjoy a day exploring the hills above Verona and the shores of Lake Garda, guided by the Be Traced Navigation App. The Public Platform is also active for this event, allowing fans to follow all 55 participants directly on a real-time map.
Enjoy the Race!
