Brescia, 11 march 2026 – The ACI Sport Italian Great Events Championship kicks off with its first round of the season, the Coppa delle Alpi. At the same time, the Italian Cross Country Rally Championship opens with the Artugna Race, while the Rally Cups of Zones 4 and 10 get underway, setting the stage for a weekend packed with major motorsport action for crews and fans alike.
Coppa delle Alpi
Once again we return to support a 1000 Miglia branded event. Running from 12 to 15 March, the winter edition of the Freccia Rossa and opening round of the Italian Great Events Championship introduces a new format compared to previous years. For the first time, both start and finish will take place in the same location: the iconic St. Moritz.
The route covers 630 km divided into three loop stages:
- Stage one will take place around St. Moritz;
- Stage two will run from St. Moritz to Livigno and back;
- Stage three will lead crews to Arosa before returning to St. Moritz.
A route that combines breathtaking scenery with demanding driving conditions, putting crews to the test while being supported for the fifth consecutive year by Be Traced tracking solutions. For this special edition, the Public Platform will once again be available, allowing fans to follow competitors live from any device simply by accessing the dedicated link https://live.betraced.it
Artugna Race
At the same time, on Saturday 14 March, we will be in Friuli supporting the opening round of the Italian Cross Country Championship. The Artugna Race marks the second season opener of the weekend and once again offers competitors and off road fans a route that retraces “the river that isn’t there”, along the foothills between the municipalities of Aviano, Budoia and Polcenigo.
The race features four runs on a single 30 km sector, set on gravel terrain with a mostly compact surface but also including muddy sections that will add an extra challenge for competitors.
This year the Baja di Primavera will once again be supported by the Public Platform, available at https://live.betraced.it, confirming its status as the first and, to date, the only off road event to adopt this system.
Rally del Bardolino & Sulcis Iglesiente
Alongside the Coppa delle Alpi and the Artugna Race, we will also be supporting two ACI Sport rallies: the Rally del Bardolino in Veneto and the Rally Sulcis Iglesiente in Sardinia.
Both events play an important role in their respective territories. The Rally del Bardolino has already surpassed 100 entries and will open Rally Cup Zone 4. The Rally Sulcis Iglesiente, on the other hand, launches the Sardinian season as the first round of CRZ Zone 10. Both events are expected to feature notable guests and standout cars, highlighting the passion and enthusiasm that typically mark the first championship rounds of the year.
As always, Be Traced will be on the front line to support organizers and competitors, providing monitoring and safety throughout the race to help ensure the best possible running of both events.
Enjoy the Race!
