Brescia, March 18, 2025 – After a weekend dedicated to regularity racing across the icy mountain passes of Northern Italy, Be Traced's GPS solutions for motorsport are back to supporting rally events. From Asti for the Rally dei Vigneti Monferrini, to Lucca province for the Ciocco Rally, and all the way to the mild Sardinian coast for the Rally Sulcis Iglesiente, our devices will once again be tracking top-level competitions.
Rally dei Vigneti Monferrini
The 8th Rally Vigneti Monferrini will be the first round of CRZ-2 and features eight special stages covering a total of 66.9 km of timed sections. The vineyards around Canelli and Asti province will come alive with the roar of engines on Saturday, March 22, starting with the shakedown session in the afternoon. The main event kicks off on Sunday, March 23, at 08:01, concluding later the same day in the late afternoon.
Rally Sulcis Iglesiente
Meanwhile, in Sardinia, the Rally Sulcis Iglesiente will take place on the same weekend. Covering a total of 407.24 km, with 72.98 km of timed stages, the event includes 10 special stages spanning 11 municipalities in Southwestern Sardinia. Featuring tight corners, mixed surfaces, coastal roads, and rural paths famous across Italy for their breathtaking beauty, this year’s Sulcis edition promises an adrenaline-packed challenge—hopefully with warmer temperatures compared to the Coppa delle Alpi last weekend.
Rally Il Ciocco
By far the most demanding of the three events will be the Rally Il Ciocco e Valle del Serchio, which opens the Italian Rally Championship (CIAR Sparco) and CRZ-7. With 119 registered competitors, including top Italian and international drivers, expectations are sky-high. The event consists of 12 special stages, totaling 105.82 km of timed racing—all precisely monitored by Be Traced solutions down to the tenth of a second.
Il Ciocco is a key event, once again promising thrilling moments for both drivers and spectators as they watch the cars tackle the technical course. As always, Be Traced tracking devices will be installed in each car, ensuring safety and optimal race management
Throughout all three events, Be Traced devices will provide real-time tracking of crews during the special stages. Thanks to our custom-built interfaces, our system will act as a crucial safety tool, allowing for instant SOS requests in case of an accident, ensuring swift emergency response.
