Brescia, June 10th 2023 – The forty-first edition of the 1000 Miglia is about to start, with a new format this year that includes one more day of racing than in previous editions. 420 historic cars at the starting line alongside the Ferrari Tribute and 1000 Miglia Green cars. The crews will face a route of over 2,000 kilometers divided into five stages.

Race Program

As scheduled, the event will begin with technical and sporting checks that will take place tomorrow and on Monday. On Tuesday there will be the departure from Viale Venezia towards Lake Garda and after passing through Verona, Ferrara, Lugo and Imola, the convoy will end the first stage in Cervia-Milano Marittima.

On the second day the crews will pass through San Marino, Senigallia, Macerata, Fermo and Ascoli Piceno and will parade in via Veneto in Rome.

The third stage will start from Rome towards Siena, it will continue towards Pistoia, the Abetone Pass, Modena and Reggio Emilia and will end in Parma.

On the fourth day, the convoy will pass through Stradella and Pavia, reaching Alessandria, then Asti and Vercelli and head towards the center of Milan which will host the last night of the race.

Saturday June 5th will be the last day: after the greeting to Bergamo, twin city of Brescia as Capital of Culture 2023, and the transit through Franciacorta, Ospitaletto and Gussago, the 1000 Miglia 2023 will end in Brescia in the late morning with a street circuit before the final catwalk on Viale Venezia platform and the closing lunch.

Be Traced at the tracking

Be Traced will provide the organizers with its technological solution, made up of tracking devices that will be installed on each car and the telematic tracking platform that can be used by the Race Direction. With the real-time acquisition of the position of all the crews and staff, it will be possible to manage the entire event at 360 degrees, the progress of the cars, the passages along the average test sections and immediately receive any SOS requests by the crews.

The public version of the platform will allow enthusiasts to be involved this year too: they will be able to follow the position of the cars on the map in real time by simply accessing the link https://live.betraced.it from which it will be possible to select and view LIVE the events.
