What happens if someone goes off route?

You’ll never have to worry about participants getting lost or taking a wrong turn again. The Be Traced Navigation App will automatically recalculate the fastest route, guiding each crew back to the main course.

In these situations, the recalculated route is clearly distinguished from the original one with a different color, making it easy to recognize.

SOS requests

Instant SOS, whenever you need it

The Be Traced App does more than simply guide participants along the route: it's the only navigation app for events with a built-in SOS button.

In the event of a breakdown, unexpected issue, or whenever assistance is needed, participants can send an SOS request directly from the navigation screen with a single tap.

The alert is instantly sent to the Be Traced monitoring platform, allowing event organizers to immediately view the crew's location and respond without delay.

The safety technology developed for professional motorsport is now available for tours, rallies, and road events, delivering an unprecedented level of control and support.

Activity checklist

A dedicated section, accessible from the main menu, provides a complete schedule of all planned activities for each day.

You can upload any PDF document directly to the App, including the event program, a brochure, or any other useful material.

Apple CarPlay & Android Auto

The Be Traced App is fully compatible with infotainment systems featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, helping reduce distractions caused by using a smartphone while driving.

The App is free to download from any conventional store on both iOS and Android devices.

Once downloaded, users can access the App by simply entering a unique dedicated access code.

After entering the code the App immediately starts working by showing the planned route for the day, with all points of interest and a list of today's activities.

Not every event requires navigation. If the route is followed using a Roadbook, printed maps, or other tools, the Be Traced App can also be used in location-only mode.

The App remains the same, but the interface is intentionally simple: once launched, it simply confirms that tracking is active and continues to transmit the participant’s real-time location to the Be Traced platform, with no distractions and no route guidance.

Organizers can monitor every crew throughout the entire event, track progress, manage unexpected situations, and enhance safety, while keeping all the benefits of the Be Traced system even when navigation is not required.
