How does it work?

The App is free to download from any conventional store on both iOS and Android devices.

Once the App has been downloaded, participants can access it using a unique code assigned to each participant and provided by the organizers.

In case the tour lasts several days, it will also be possible to view the full list of activities for the entire event.

Real-time navigation

The App shows the user's location on the map, using an arrow indicating the direction of travel, with the map automatically oriented according to the direction of travel.

When the user leaves the route or takes a wrong direction, the system elaborates the most efficient route to get back to the main route, highlighting the new course with a different color than the event one.

Always connected

A dedicated button is always available to participants, opening a web page that links to the Be Traced public platform, the event website, or a specific section of it. This allows them to view the real-time GPS position of all competitors or access additional information about the event.

The WEB platform, reserved for organizers and event management staff, provides an overview of the convoy and a wide range of features specifically designed to offer a valuable management tool, fully customizable for each event.
