Yes, the set-up kit is not rented with the device, but must be purchased separately ONLY if the event requires the BR001.

Gadgets: Given the lead time for making and shipping, gadgets need at least 30 days from confirmation of the draft graphics. Therefore, we recommend 40 days in advance for ordering.

Roadbook and printing materials: Regarding roadbook and other printing materials, such as stickers, we recommend at least 10 days in advance if you already have the final files to print.
