BR001

BR001 is the most advanced device when it comes to tenth-of-a-second GPS tracking of competitors during races.

Thanks to several purpose-built views, it is able to provide competitors with all the necessary information, thus increasing the communication capabilities between them and Race Management.

With dedicated safety features such as automatic impact detection and simplified SOS calls, the BR001 is perfectly suited for runway use.

BR001 for circuit races

Main features

Real-Time data collection & telemetry

BR001 can dial with the CAN-bus system to read data from the various ECUs of a race car.

Beyond real-time tracking, the device monitors and reports on the condition of onboard systems, vehicle equipment, and overall mechanical efficiency.

Penalties menagement

If a penalty is assigned, the BR001 device will display a specific screen indicating a countdown or a Slow Zone speed limit to be followed inside the pit lane.

Once the penalty is over, a dedicated restart interface will appear on the screen.

LTE calling function

BR001 is the only device that enables communication with the vehicle via an LTE call, with or without an answer request.

Blue Flag

With vehicle-to-vehicle communication, BR001 can handle and dispaly Blue Flags, with real-time measurement of the distance between vehicles.

Telematics WEB platform

BR001 connects directly to the telematics WEB platform of Be Traced, which provides a single central control room for the entire competition.
